3 USAID/Philippines Launched LINC-EG!  IMPLEMENTATION of policy reforms  has a LOCAL orientation, particularly in Mindanao, to effectively implement NATIONAL COMPETITIVENESS enhancement reforms at the local level to increase investments and trade and accelerate ECONOMIC GROWTH in these areas.

5  In Cagayan de Oro City BPLS Streamlining of Key Mindanao Cities Designed and implemented BPLS reforms, including automation of processes Establishment of the Business One- Stop Shops (BOSS) In Butuan City Conducted a study tour in Cebu Trained BOSS personnel

6  In General Santos City BPLS Streamlining of Key Mindanao Cities Organized a study tour in Manila Assisted in the formulation of an Action Plan for BPLS reforms  In Davao City Assisted in the formulation of an Action Plan for BPLS reforms
