3 This affiliation fee accounts for only about 24 % of the KIDS HOPE USA National budget. The remainder of the budget is raised through donations and grants. The fee is based on the average church attendance. [ Total if multiple services. ] 500 and below$ 3,000 501 and above $ 4,000

7 National Standards and Program Evaluation – KHUSA will update training and materials as necessary to ensure compliance with the changing national standards for mentoring. Other Financial Expenditures: KIDS HOPE USA requires that the church hire a paid part-time director to run this ministry/program. (The amount of pay is determined by the individual church based on their structure of paid employees.) On average, Directors will work from 10-15 hours a week. This includes administrative duties and time in the school each week. Additionally, it is recommended that the church have a budget ($ 500-1500) for materials that may be needed, such as mentor bags, mentor & mentee shirts, etc. KHUSA parties or group get-togethers for the mentors & students may be another expense

8 We would love to see this ministry become a part of every church and every school in the United States. To do this we need your support. It would be a great blessing if KIDS HOPE USA became a part of your church’s regular mission or evangelism offerings.
