Import Operations Prepare import documentation for reporting to Australian Customs. Liaising with carriers and overseas agents to process payment and invoicing client. Ensuring all delivery paperwork is available prior to cargo arrival. Compile Collate all required and correct import clearance documents and compile information in our database for customs entries Customs Brokers Report cargo to Customs & AQIS as per Australian Customs requirements. Classify new products and advise clients on duty & GST rates as well as Customs and Quarantine impediments. Attend to any misc Customs and AQIS queries. Cartage Coordinators Ensure shipments have a clear status for delivery Check AQIS impediments and organize delivery to clients according to their instructions / requirements.
