4 Additional Measures of Interest Schools: Network Computer Power Management – Sunset date extended to January 31, 2016 – May be remaining S/R potential – Free/low cost software options Scientific Irrigation Scheduling – Bonneville to conduct field study in 2016 growing season – RTF to decide on provisional savings at the February 18, 2015 meeting. Distribution Efficiency – “Small rural utilities are not subject to PUC regulations, but do face significant informational barriers to implementing DE measures. As a result, they are much less informed about DE opportunities, are much less likely to have knowledgeable employees and much less likely to have conducted research into DE potential on their systems. 5 2015 Workplan S/R Subcommittee has $30,000 budgeted in the 2015 RTF work plan for new measure development. In 2014 the Subcommittee discussed work plan prioritization and decided to pursue a scoping study to identify conservation measures – Measures from other regions – Measures from IOUs in the NW – New measures in the 7 th Plan – ACEEE – Other sources If the Subcommittee approves funding for a scoping study, Ryan/Jenn/Eugene would like to work with a sub-subcommittee to develop the RFP and get the work started. 5
