18 Using the SCO Insight Connector Using Shared Folders  Setting up the Public folders area is a task performed by the administrator. 1.Using the connector configure an email account in Outlook for the ‘admin’ user. 2.Connect as the ‘admin’ user and create a folder in the global space (same level as the ‘admin’ Inbox) called ‘Public’. 3.Assign appropriate permissions to the ‘Public’ folder such as full access for the special user ‘anyone’.  Using the Public area to create a shared address book 1.Create a folder within the Public folder of type ‘Contacts’ 2.Assign ‘anyone’ all permissions 3.Users can copy Contacts to/from this folder
