2 Interior Construction – Non structural fixed and demountable partitions that permanently or temporarily divided office or commercial space. Typically – Windows, doors, stairs, handrail partitions, floor coverings, ceilings and finishes. Mechanical and electrical components, interior lighting, fire suppression systems are installed at the same time. (A) Concrete, masonry, class, wood, metal (B) Referred to a TI’s – Tenant improvements (C) Involves – Fast pace, labor intensive, complex, steps, materials and numerous contractors (D) Lease holders often provide this construction process
