3  1. When I first meet people at work, I should greet them by:  A. Saying, “Good to meet you,” and shake their hand.  B. Hugging them.  C. Asking, “What’s up?”

4  2. If I’m asked to do something I don’t feel like doing at work, I should:  A. Do something else.  B. Do my best to complete the task well.  C. Say, “Do I have to?”

13  Show your knowledge about and love for your job.  Work hard at completing your duties and volunteer to help with extra tasks.

14  Show that you are: - friendly - polite - work well with others - willing to listen and follow directions

15  Go to work every day!  Arrive early.  Finish work on time.  Plan ahead to meet goals.

16  Be honest.  If you have an important question, ask.  If you make a mistake, don’t try to hide it.

17  Avoid work place drama.  Speak well of others.  Dress for success. Appear professional and show that you care about your job.
