3 1 – Background There are 108 million of computers worldwide (Desktop, laptops, netbooks and tablets) That means a growth of 11,7 % (over 2.011) Apple is the first manufacturer with 20% of market share (after big success of iPad the last quarter) Desktops, laptops, tablets

4 1 – Background Samsung place 20 million Galaxy S3 in the market Samsung sells up to 44,5 million smartphones Apple sold 35,1 million smartphones Smartphone sales grow 43% despite the crisis Total of smartphones sold: 110 million Smartphones (First quarter 2.012)
