3 PRICING OF IPAD iPad started selling with an attracting price of USD 499. Price of iPad is determined by: 1.Demand of iPad in the global market. 2.Supply of iPad in the global market. Demand refers to the quantities of iPad that consumers are willing and able to buy at various prices per period of time. Supply refers to the quantities of iPad that iPad manufacturer are willing able to sell at various prices per period of time.

4 MARKET STRATEGY OF APPLE By using a low starter price, potential custumers are being indulged and lured into deciding on getting a iPad. Next, when the customers visit the Apply store, he/she might be convinced to buy an even high-end product like 64GB Wifi+3G model Lastly, Apple earn their revenue not only from the sale of their iPad products but also from advertisers like Google, App store where users can purcahse the Apps and finally from the mobile providers.
