Law Firm with 420 lawyers in 5 offices (4 in Canada, 1 in USA)
Our Finance & Accounting department is centralized in Toronto – total of 40 people
More than half of the group has been with the Firm for 15+ years
Have been using Aderant since 1990 (CLO*2, CMS Open)

11. Why did we decide to do the training?
In Summer 2013 – restructure of Billing & Collection Team
Combined Biller and Collector responsibilities into one job
Previously – 6 Billers + 3 Collectors
Needed to train Billers on collections
At the same time, looking at possibility of implementing 3rd party collection software
Brought an Aderant Trainer in for 1 day in November 2013
Everyone from the Billing & Collection Team attended
Result – “WOW!”
