Pre-registration will take place online from Tuesday 1 st May 10.00 am until Tuesday 8 th May 5.00 pm. Space on course units with quotas will be offered on a first come, first served basis – this is the same for all programmes!

3 Signing In and Obtaining Your Password Click on the ‘to claim your password or sign up for a new account’ link

5 Complete the form as instructed and click on the ‘sign up’ link. A password will be emailed to you.

6 Logging In Once you have your password, click on the link to login. Your username will be your 7 digit ID number (the bold numbers on your library card).

7 Accessing Your Details Once you are logged in, you will see this page. Click on the ‘Select Programme’ link to continue

8 Confirming Your Details Pick your degree programme and year from the drop down lists Then just click on the ‘select’ link to confirm

9 Add Optional Units Other Permitted options (for programmes which allow you to take course units from the year below) Course Unit Selection

10 Selecting Your Options Once you have clicked the link to add optional units, just tick the ones you want to select. View how many places left on courses with quotas Search function at bottom of page. Click on the ‘Select as Optional Units’ button.

11 Selecting Your Options Level 3 programmes with English only The allocation of EAS courses is not done on a first come, first served basis and you are asked to rank your course choices in order of preference - i.e. by adding each course to your account separately; adding your first choice course first, second choice second, etc. You should also select 40 credits of reserve choice courses for each semester, again added in order of preference, in the reserves section.

12 Changing Your Options To remove a selection, just tick the box next to it and click on the ‘remove ticked items’ button at the bottom of the page. Once you are happy with your selections click on the ‘Go to the confirmation page’ link.

13 Confirming Your Options You must tick the declaration at the bottom of the page: Confirmation that you have read and understood your programme regulations. Confirmation that you have read and understood the plagiarism statement. Confirmation that you understand that the School uses electronic plagiarism detection software and will undertake spot checks on work. Then click the ‘finalise’ button

14 Are you sure? This is your final chance to go back and make changes! Click on the link to finalise your selection

15 Completed You have completed pre-registration only when you see this message.
