As a socially responsible organization, Living Responsibility is central to Strategy 2020 and our three bottom lines. Supply Chain North America recognizes the importance of giving back to the communities where our associates live and work. The company encourages sites and associates to become involved in their local communities.

Living Responsibility “Living Responsibility” is our Corporate Social Responsibility strategic theme focused on three areas that contribute to a more positive future: GoGreen – Protecting the environment GoHelp – Helping people in need GoTeach – Championing education Supply Chain North America Approach: Giving back to the communities where our associates live and work by supporting the volunteer, fundraising and environmental sustainability efforts of our associates, sites and customers through its: Community Involvement Policy (110.4 June 2015) and getGREEN Associate Incentive Policy (110.6 April 2015).

Community Involvement (Policy 110.4) SITE-WIDE SUPPORT - Charity Challenge Program Supports site-wide fundraising activities for site associates, planned by site’s Associate Involvement Committee, to benefit qualified non-profit organizations. Supply Chain North America provides dollar-for-dollar match up to a goal amount set by the site (in some cases submitted in advance of activities). Apply for Charity Challenge online (sites may apply 2X/calendar year): http://SocialResponsibility.Exel.comhttp://SocialResponsibility.Exel.com All Supply Chain North America associates at the site should have the ability to voluntarily participate. The benefiting organization must meet eligibility guidelines and fit broadly into one of the three corporate focus areas: Go Green! GoHelp! GoTeach!

INDIVIDUAL ASSOCIATE SUPPORT Supports qualifying community involvement activities of active, full- time Supply Chain North America associates: Volunteer Hours Program – Supports associates volunteering personal time to qualified organizations (at least 15 hours/quarter) – with a US$300 donation in the associate’s name. Associates may apply for one organization per quarter (four applications/year). Matching Grants Program – Allows associates to double the value of their personal fundraising efforts for the qualifying non-profit organization of their choice (<$1,000 for individual efforts). Eligible associates may apply twice in one calendar year. Our GoGreen Initiatives Target:  Reducing the carbon footprint in our operations; and  Providing sustainable solutions for our customers. 8 BE VALUED. getGREEN Associate Incentive (Policy 110.6) Supports personal “green” purchases for Supply Chain North America active, full-time associates Apply for incentives ranging from $25–$500 for qualified purchases such as a hybrid vehicle; Energy Star-rated appliances or products; alternative energy; water conservation or waste reduction products; or trees. Associates may receive a maximum of $1,000 in incentives per calendar year. Apply online for a getGREEN Incentive within three months of purchase date on payment receipt at: http://SocialResponsibility.Exel.com Supporting Your “Green” Purchases
