(Sherman Anti-Trust Act 1890) Or should government just regulate and keep an eye on them? (Interstate Commerce Commission – ICC 1887) Or socialism? (Government should own and operate all businesses)

Morgan (Great Northern and Northern Pacific Railroads) Result: New company: Northern Securities (TRUST) Teddy went after them citing the Sherman Anti-Trust Act – They were broken up
