Focus on the Big Money items You will notice (if you were honest with yourself) that the high value items are typically the Big Money activities that you do. Be honest with yourself You can turn a low value item like checking your email into a high value item……..instead of checking it 6 times a day for 2 or 3 points. check it twice for 5 points. Twice gives you the same value points and frees up those precious chunks of time.

Set Up Your Plays Go into each day like it is Game Day What “plays” will you run to win todays Game Set up the order of your “plays” How long will each “play” take to get the desired effect DO NOT let anything interfere with running the “play” If something is important enough to make the “play book” it must get done….period….you can not waiver on this point

Set Up Your Plays Sample Play Book

How be successful with your Game Plan The number 1 mistake people make……Trying to jump into The Play Book cold turkey. Start with running your Play Book 2 days a week Become proficient on sticking to the Game Plan on those 2 days Once you have accomplished that, then add a 3 rd day

How be successful with your Game Plan Start your Play Book by focusing on the Big Money activities Give yourself more Read and React time than you need at first. You can always back it down when you create your Game Plan, but it is important to stick to the Game Plan Never end your day before you have set up your Play Book for the next day Do not allow distractions when running a play. Once your focus is distracted, it takes 20 to 30 minutes to get back into focus

Keys to implementing your Play Book Be honest with yourself Do not take short cuts on the set up Start slowly with 2 days and build from there Choose to work smarter... ”CEO” mentality

Keys to implementing your Play Book The Play Book is a choice. You are choosing to stop reacting in your business You are choosing to start being proactive on your business Will YOU make that choice?
