To recruit more members to sustain the membership required. To assist the Treasurer in updating the collection of membership dues and necessary fees. To develop a fund-raising related to club advocacy in serving community To chair the health programs related to medical-dental mission TIMELINE Implementation shall based on monthly basis SUPPORT To closely coordinate with Club Administration members, Treasury Section and Group of Health Organization or Medical. To coordinate with Non-Government Organizations (NGO’s) for Career Development Program preferably on youth. To train children in right manner of housekeeping and proper hygiene. TIMELINE This will be done in a monthly basis based on the availability of donors, sponsors and government agencies. SUPPORT To closely coordinate with the donors and sponsors for schedules of free missions KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR (KPI) A monthly evaluation of the events and activities must be done. To give training and seminars on livelihood projects for single moms. To give training and seminars on youth to improve their skills on sports. SUPPORT To closely coordinate with the donors and sponsors for schedules of free missions preferably with TESDA and private organizations.
