Challenge 1: Engaging with small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) with smaller (and older) fleets Plan: Build contacts with local business groups e.g. Federation of Small Businesses (FSB), Dearne Valley ECO Vision, Sheffield City Region Sustainability Forum etc. to use their communication channels and support 19 August 2015 6 local challenges

8. Challenge 2: Attracting match funding into scheme which is impacting on support activities (not core recruitment) Plan: £226k of funding received for ongoing development of ECO Stars. This was made available from the UK Government’s Local Sustainable Transport Fund. Further meetings with Government departments to secure support 19 August 2015 7 local challenges
