31 RESPONSIBILITIES:   Training and education for Business Managers and Union Stewards concerning the use of drugs and how it effects the workplace and the current drug testing policy.   EAP will perform all substance abuse evaluations stemming from failed urine screens.   All placement and referrals into treatment modalities   Along with protecting the solvency of the Health & Welfare funds that pay providers for service.   Involvement with all follow-up and return to duty process.

44 After the confirmation is made by the M.R.O and the Participant is notified of the failure, that person is removed from the job and instructed to contact the: ALLIED TRADES ASSISTANCE PROGRAM Failed

45 Complete the Treatment recommendations Fit For Duty Urine Screen The EAP will set up an appointment for a full Substance Abuse Evaluation. Pending the outcome of that Evaluation, the person will need to Complete the Treatment recommendations and produce a Fit For Duty Urine Screen before he or she returns to work.

46 Failing a Urine Screen is NOT indicative of an Abuse or Addiction problem
