2. Scope Drupal Commons is a web based group management system. It contains many groups and content types. New groups can be created. New users can be created Users can join any group.

6. Features of Drupal Commons

7. Group Creation End User can create a group. For group creation, End User request to Admin. If Admin will approve, new group would be created. End User can not delete any group. Only Admin can delete group.

8. Group Joining End User can join any group. For group joining, End User will send request. If Admin will approve, then that User will become member of that group. End User would be able to un-join any group.

9. Topics Creation End User would be able to create new topics in his joined groups. Any user in that group would be able to post comments on any topic. Topic author would be able to delete or update his topic.

10. Private Messages End User would be able to send private message to other users of his group. End User would be able to see his private messages in his inbox in the system Reply of private message would be possible in system.

11. User Profile End User would be able to update his profile. He would be able to update his first name, last name, email. He would be able to upload his photo.
