3. Accessing Resources Online Library Resources: To access online Library resources you will need a UOW email account. Contact the GSM on (02)42215367 for assistance. Example The email address of a user account takes the form of username@uow.edu.au e.g. jbloggs@uow.edu.au So to access Library resources: username: jbloggs password: xxxxxx PS: Your password can be changed to something you will remember at: http://www.uow.edu.au/its/services/UOW001624.html Your password must be changed every 90 days. Prior to your password expiring, you will be notified via email several times.

5. Document Delivery All GSM academic staff are eligible to use the Library's Document delivery service. (Use this service to request journal articles and books the Library doesn’t have) You will be notified by email when the material is available to pick up from the library, or access via your email. 6. Accessing Resources Physical Library resources: A valid UOW Library card is all you need to borrow Library materials. You can join UOW Library by printing off the membership form which is available on the course Wiki at: http://library4gsmacademics.pbworks.com/w/page/46881554/SideBar Complete your details and return the form to Jen Lyons (Medical Librarian).

8. To forward your email to another account, you need to set up a rule in Outlook Web Access at https://staffmail.uow.edu.au/https://staffmail.uow.edu.au/ 1. Open your UOW staffmail from the link above and log in 2. Click the Options button - Top right of window 3. Click Rules on the left side and in the window that opens, 4. Click New Rule and choose “create a New rule for arriving messages” from the drop down menu 5. Click Forward or redirect…. 6. Check the appropriate box (either) 7. Click People or distribution lists 8. Type in the email address that your messages are to be forwarded to 9. Click OK 10.
