During the Options Programme, candidates will have the opportunity to work alongside experts in a range of fields including Finance, IT, Business Consultancy, Marketing and Operations. We interviewed almost 50% of those applicants over the year. We conduct an initial screen based on key criteria We invite to telephone interview OR directly to face-to-face interview Face-to-Face interview process consists of: – 2 one-to-one short interviews (20 mins each) – Group discussion/Roleplay – Presentation We make offers to approximately 1 in every 4 that attends interview We assert that we do not see enough applicants matching our key criteria, especially Software Developers!
