After Applying for a Certification and you are then presented with the Enter Program Code Page  Do not Enter a Program Code (A.) - because you applying for either 1) a certification before completing a program, or 2) for a separate certification you are interested in, or 3) to change your first certification into either Professional or Permanent Certification.  Fill in the second choice (B.)  Then press the next button
