If born in the U.S., then you are U.S. citizen. USA

Citizenship by Birth 2nd Jus Sanguinis (Latin for “Law of Blood”)
If parents are U.S. citizens, then their children are citizens. Exceptions: If only one parent is citizen, then things get complicated. USA
