Most people don’t eat breakfast, which happens to be the most important meal of the day. Breakfast, which we usually eat do not provide us with as much energy as we need. We often eat sandwiches with ham, cheese, nutella cream. Scrambled eggs, toast, or milk are also popular. Children and teens often choose to eat something sweet like chocolate, biscuits etc. than something healthier (f.e. honey) Adults often drink coffee for breakfast which is not healthy.

The breakfast is eaten at home, usually alone. There is nothing worse than fast eating. The best breakfast consists of whole-grain products, dairy products, fresh vegetables and fruits. In the morning we should drink green tea.

Children eat lunch at school. It usually consists of a roll, bar, candy or other sweets. Also adults forget to eat lunch which is a mistake. It is better to eat often but in smaller amounts, than eat big time when we are hungry.

People today have not got a lot of time. The most convenient form of eating for them is to eat out,or to order something. More people decide to eat fast foods.

Dinner should consist of two elements: The first and second dish. Healthiest foods are not greasy, have plenty of vegetables and a small addition of spices.

Afternoon tea - a meal eaten late in the afternoon. People usually eat a light snack, such as ice cream, fruits, biscuits, crisps and fruit juice or drink something hot (like tea or coffee). It is eaten between 2.30- 6.00 PM.

People usually eat supper shortly before bedtime. This is not very healthy. They usually eat fat-rich foods such as pizza, chicken, spaghetti.

It is the last meal, served in the evening. It should be light, usually eaten around the 6 PM. Dinner should be rich in protein. For example, we can eat cottage cheese, cottage cheese, yoghurt and vegetables.

This is a type of food prepared and served quickly. Usually it has a high calorific value – it contains large amounts of fats and carbohydrates, while a shortage of valuable substances for the body - fiber, vitamins and minerals is visible.

Opponents of this type of diet believe that regular consumption of fast food leads to lifestyle diseases such as obesity, cancer, atherosclerosis, heart and liver diseases.
