Military Spouse Employment Partnership Jobs can be posted to the MSEP Job Board in the following ways: Direct Input through Form Interface: – Best when uploading a few jobs or for ‘Hot Job’ openings Bulk Import – Most effective, particularly when uploading several jobs at once Centralized XML Files –Additional method that some partners find works best for their needs The first two options are the preferred methods for submitting jobs to the job board. Both require that specific data pertaining to the jobs be entered shared before it appears on the website. This data is contained in a spreadsheet filled out by the hiring organization and the input is essential to maximize the positions appearance in search results and to ensure the data reported to MSEP management provides the most complete picture possible. Posting Jobs on the MSEP Job Board BOTTOM LINE: The more detail provided, the better the user experience.
