In addition, MTD-peptide conjugate shows the activity of caspase3/7 in a concentration-dependent manner, compared to that of stapled p53 peptide. In Aspc-1 cells expressing mutant p53, they show weak anticancer activity. Skin permeability of MTD-conjugated EGF is 30 times more than that of EGF after 24 hour treatment on artificial skin. 4
