Definition of recycle Recycling is processing used materials into new products to prevent waste of potentially useful materials. Recycling is a key component of modern waste reduction and is the third component of the "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle" waste saying.

What not recycling is doing to our environment. Our landfills are already too full with non-degradable items and trash that are renewable, but we have to make people see what this is doing to our environment. It’s not just the burning of fossil fuels that destroys our protection layers, but also piles of waste. Without recycling our wastes, the rubbish will completely encircle and swallow the forests. Decomposing waste regularly releases harmful gases and chemicals at landfill sites. These released gases and chemicals results in air pollution and contamination of water when these chemicals percolate in ground water. Just imagine what we are inheriting our coming generation

What effect does it have on our environment. Recycling affects our environment by a huge difference. It helps the environment in other words. So if you don't recycle, you should start because it will kill animals, plants, and/or insect around us.

Things that can be recycled. There all kinds of things that you can recycle. For example, paper, cartons, wood, cardboard, batteries, cans, bottles, clothes, and etc. These are some of the many kinds of things you can recycle. There more things that you can recycle. There are three main things about recycling. recycling is one of them so is reducing and reusing.

Things that you shouldn’t recycle Plastic wrap Plastic bags Styrofoam Phone books Stamps and stickers in junk mail

How Recycling Saves Land Space for Waste Disposal We can save substantial land space by recycling our waste which otherwise goes to landfill sites. Each ton of solid waste that is diverted from disposal, whether recycled or composted, is one less ton of solid waste that requires disposal which means saving land space.
