2 ShockWatch Cold Chain Solutions
Increasing Value to Customer Intelligent Monitoring System TrekView ColdMark2 WarmMark2 Real-time Monitoring Performance Multi-use recorder Single use Low cost Go – No/Go Data Recorders ColdMark WarmMark Chemical Indicators Price

3 WarmMark®2 and ColdMark®2 Temperature Indicators

4 WarmMark2 & ColdMark2 Single-use, single temperature threshold indicators Field-armable Easy-to-read with a definitive color change Accurate & affordable Identifies out-of-tolerance temperature conditions

5 WarmMark2 Features Best-in-class ascending time-temperature indicator which alerts users of exposure to unacceptable temperature conditions and the cumulative amount of time of the exposure. 1. Field-armable with button push 2. Temperature sensitivity 3. Unique identifiers for enhanced shipment tracking 4. Shows “ON” to indicate the device is armed 5. Blue appears at exposure times 6. Part number

6 WarmMark2 Features Easy to Read and Use Accuracy
Field-armable The word ON appears when device armed Traceability Unique identifiers assist tracking Product is lot-traceable Accuracy Temperature accuracy of +1°C No false activations from human handling Quality Certificate of conformance with every shipment Heat-sealed to prevent bleeding Tamperproof Release documents available upon request

7 Standard WarmMark2 Sensitivities*
Blister on Top (BOT) – Armed from the front of device. Allows smaller increments of time/temp exposure to be shown. Blister on Bottom (BOB) – Armed from the back of device. Allows for longer run-out times. *Based on isothermal temperature of 2°C above threshold temperature. Higher temperature exposure will speed run-out

8 How WarmMark2 Works Inactive: liquid in blister before arming
Armed: blister squeezed, RED in arming window confirms product is armed Breach: after exposure to temperatures over the threshold temperature, blue dye will appear in the breach window for the time specified

9 ColdMark2 Features 1. Field-armable with button push 2. Unique identifier for enhanced shipment tracking 3. Indicates the device is armed 4. Turns red when exposed past threshold 5. Temperature sensitivity 6. Part number

10 ColdMark2 Features Easy to Read and Use Accuracy
Field armable - requires no special packaging or overnight shipping Window on device shows it has been armed Traceability Unique identifiers assist tracking Product is lot-traceable Accuracy Temperature accuracy of +1°C Accurate response time Quality Certificate of conformance with every shipment Tamperproof Release documents available upon request

11 Available ColdMark2 Sensitivities
Temperature Thresholds Activation Time 0°C / 32°F 60 minutes or less 1.5°C / 35°F 30 minutes or less

12 How ColdMark2 Works Inactive: liquid in blister before arming
Armed: blister squeezed, RED in arming window confirms product is armed Breach: after exposure to temperatures below the threshold temperature, red dye will appear in the breach window

13 WarmMark and ColdMark Temperature Indicators

14 WarmMark & ColdMark Single-use temperature threshold indicators
Identify out-of-tolerance temperature conditions Accurate & affordable WarmMark Short-Run WarmMark Long-Run ColdMark WarmMark Duo

15 WarmMark Overview Ascending time-temperature indicator alerts users of exposure to unacceptably high temperature conditions and the cumulative amount of time of the exposure. 1 3 1. Field-armable with pull tab 2. Temperature sensitivity 3. Black stripes show product armed 4. Breach windows turn red when exposure above the activation temperature occurs 4 2 WarmMark Short-Run 3 2 2 3 2 WarmMark Long-Run WarmMark Duo

16 WarmMark Short-Run Run Out Time Window 1 Window 2 Window 3 -18oC / 0oF
Ascending time-temperature indicator which alerts users of exposure to unacceptable temperature conditions and the cumulative amount of time of the exposure up to 8, 12, or 48 hours depending on the temperature sensitivity. WarmMarkTM SR Response Temp Run Out Time Window 1 Window 2 Window 3 -18oC / 0oF 2 hours 3 hours 12 hours 0oC / 32oF 48 hours 5oC / 41oF 30 minutes 8 hours 8oC / 46oF 10oC / 50oF 20oC / 68oF 25oC / 77oF 30oC /86oF 37oC / 99oF Note: Run-out times are based on a 2oC excursion above the response temperature. Readings are affected by severity of temperature excursion. Higher temperatures will cause run-out to occur faster than stated.

17 WarmMark Long-Run Run Out Time 10oC / 50oF 31oC / 88oF Line 1 12 hours
Ascending time-temperature indicator which alerts users of exposure to unacceptable temperature conditions and the cumulative amount of time of the exposure up to 7 days. WarmMarkTM LR Response Temp Run Out Time 10oC / 50oF 31oC / 88oF Line 1 12 hours Line 2 30 hours Line 3 60 hours (2.5 days) Line 4 110 hours Line 5 168 hours (7 days) (7 Days) Note: Run-out times are based on a 2oC excursion above the response temperature. Readings are affected by severity of temperature excursion. Higher temperatures will cause run-out to occur faster than stated.

18 WarmMark Duo Run Out Time 10oC / 50oF 34oC / 93oF Window 1 3 days
Indicates the duration of temperature exposure at two different activation temperature levels. Monitor for longer excursions above 10°C and for brief excursions above 34°C WarmMarkTM Duo Response Temp Run Out Time 10oC / 50oF 34oC / 93oF Window 1 3 days ----- Window 2 8 days Window 3 14 days Window 4 Within 30 minutes Note: Run-out times are based on a 2oC excursion above the response temperature. Readings are affected by severity of temperature excursion. Higher temperatures will cause run-out to occur faster than stated.

19 ColdMark Overview Descending, single-use temperature indicator that provides accurate, irreversible evidence of a below-temperature deviation Turns from clear to violet when the temperature goes below a predetermined threshold Activated

20 ColdMark Sensitivities
ColdMark is available for the following activation temperatures: -3°C/26°F 0°C/32°F 2°C/36°F 5°C/41°F 10°C/50°F
