7. Organ and Tissue Registry Confidential computerized database maintained by Missouri’s Department of Health and Human Services. The registry is accessible to medial personnel and organ and tissue bank staff. Adding your name to the registry is called First Person Consent and is considered legal documentation. A majority of registrants in Missouri’s organ and tissue registry have joined at the DMV when obtaining or renewing their driver’s license.
