13 What is the NC Donor Registry? At 16, DMV License Examiner will ask you if you would like to be an organ donor. If you say, “Yes,” a is added to your driver’s license Joining the registry is a legal decision. Once you turn 18, your decision may not be overturned by others. Making the decision yourself relieves your family from having to make this decision. Please share your decision with your family!
