Resolute conducts camps, clinics, and team training in the facility. Soccer Leagues Adult leagues are offered during the fall, winter, spring and summer. Youth leagues are offered in fall and winter. Leagues are offered for all ages and skill levels. Lacrosse Leagues The Columbus Lacrosse Club brought their 100-team youth lacrosse league to the RAC this winter. Resolute Lacrosse also offered a 3 rd and 4 th grade developmental box lacrosse league. Tiger Rugby & Tiger Academy The RAC is also home to Tiger Rugby, a certified rugby Olympic training program. Tiger Rugby offers Tiger Academy and provide sport specific training for individuals and teams. Ohio Orthopedic Center of Excellence Ohio Orthopedic is on site at the RAC to provide immediate attention to player injuries as well as rehabilitation services to get the athlete back to their sport of choice. Strength & Conditioning The RAC partnered with Olympic gold medalist Butch Reynolds and The Ohio State University’s strength and conditioning coach –Coach D – to provide elite youth sports training programs. Field Hockey Similar to lacrosse, field hockey is experiencing rapid growth. The RAC is host to various development programs and team training including perennial field hockey state champs, Columbus Academy. Baseball/ softball The south field provides teams with just the right dimensions for team trainings, tryouts and practice including defending high school state champs, St. Francis DeSales. FootballThe RAC hosts youth flag football leagues, combines and elite training programs. Special events & parties The RAC has hosted several special events including The Lacrosse the Nations Fall Festival, Central Ohio All Breed Speed and Agility Trials, Mother of Twins consignment sale, The March of Dimes March for Babies, The Spring Break Bash at the RAC with Game2U as well as numerous birthday and team parties. The Resolute Athletic Complex (The RAC), Central Ohio’s premier indoor sports center, opened October 2012 with a focus on core indoor field sports of lacrosse and soccer. The RAC has also focused on rugby, field hockey, baseball/softball and flag football as well. Leagues, camps, trainings, clinics and tournaments are also offered. With over 73,500 square feet and three turf fields, The RAC can accommodate to any number of unique sporting and community events. The RAC is an expansion of the well-established and successful Resolute Lacrosse elite training and club program for youth athletes. Based in Columbus, Ohio, Resolute Lacrosse is a leader in lacrosse training and athlete development. Founded in 2009 by The Ohio State University lacrosse alumni and Major League Lacrosse all-stars Greg Bice and Anthony Kelly, Resolute Lacrosse offers position clinics, training sessions, individual lessons, coaching clinics and camps for thousands of central Ohio athletes. They are leaders in developing athletes and growing the sport of lacrosse in Ohio.
