2  Allows Internal and External(DID) callers to join in on a conference by dialing a pre- assigned “Conference Room Number”(571~579).  Access to a conference room may have password protection  The number of members is the same as normal conferencing  In case of DID call, a conference room should be assigned as the DID destination in Flexible DID Table.  Conference rooms can be monitored by the attendant for: The number of members in a conference. 3 1. Conference Room 2/20 Operation To activate a conference room (1) Press the [PGM] + 4 + 3 + Room Number (1~9) (2) Dial 5-digit password (It is optional) (3) Press the [HOLD] button. To deactivate a conference room (1) Press the [PGM] + 4 + 4 + Room Number (1~9) (2) Press the [HOLD] button. To join a conference room in case of internal call (1) Dial the activated conference room number. (571 ~ 579) (2) Enter 5 numeric digits password for entering conference room if password is enabled. To join a conference room in case of DID call (1) DID call is routed to conference room. To check room status by ATD (1) At ATD, dial a conference room status code [PGM] + 0 + 4 + 7 + Room Number (1~9). Notice to members Conference call at 14:00, please join at Conf Room #571. 4  Allows an SLT to receive a page and make a conference page. 2. Enhanced Paging Conference [Admin Programming] PGM 109 – BTN 5 : SLT Conf Page Join Code PGM 111 – BTN 8 : Paging Access PGM 119 : Conference Page Zone Operation  To receive a paging at the SLT (1) At paging station, lifts the handset or press the [MON] button. (2) Dial the desired paging conference code(ex In case of LDK 300, 531~535). (3) The paging conference will be activated automatically for DKTU members, In case of SLT, user receives a ring. (4) Lift handset to receive the paging at SLT. To enter the paging conference at the SLT as secondary pager (1) The Supervisor (Conference Originator) order to speak to SLT user. (2) At the SLT, make {Hook Flash} and dial the conference page join code {58} in paged. (3) The supervisor and the SLT member can page to all conference members simultaneously. 3/20

5  Enables a user to dynamically select a station by log-in/log-out Operation without having a fixed station.  For a call center, marketing department people can share working place with one another.  It can be applied to ACD agents.  A Hot Desk User can use dummy station using log-in operation.  The dummy station can be a DKTU (16 or 24 BTN) or a WHTU(DECT).  A Hot Desk user can register call forwarding to Off-Net Speed 000 or Mobile Extension or VMIB or VM Group before log-out.  Hot Desk station does not require a hardware(Telephone), but requires extension number.  Dummy station requires hardware(Telephone). 3. User off-hook or press [MON] button. 2. Dial authorization code. 3. Station restore user database (Station number, COS, Ring assign, etc...) and can receive incoming ring. Log-out operation 1. Press [PGM] + * + * (User Logout) or press [Agent Logout] in flexible button. 2. User can select call forward type using volume up/down key. * Supported forward type : Off-net speed 000, Mobile extension, VMIB or VM group. 3. Press [HOLD] button 4. System backup user database and station becomes to Dummy Station.

7  A DKTU caller can temporarily change the answer mode of the called DKTU from “Tone” to “Hands Free”, by dialing a code (#).  If a called DKTU is changed to hands free mode, the connection tone is provided and the voice path is opened.  The caller DKTU must have this feature enabled in Admin Programming 4. Forced Hands-Free [Admin Programming] PGM 111 – BTN 19 : Forced Hands Free Mode(Enable/Disable) 6/20 Operation To activate forced hands free mode 1. Call to DKT which is a tone mode. 2. When user hears a ring back tone, dial Forced hands free Code ( ‘#’ ) 3. Called party DKT stop ringing and speaker and microphone are activated. (Operated as hands free mode)

8  The user can directly program a outside telephone number in a flexible button (instead of via a speed bin).  The number is automatically allocated to a station speed bin, but cannot be changed or deleted in the normal speed bin programming mode.  Uses “soft key” so only available to 16 Button and 24 Button. (LDP-7016D, LDP-7024D only) 5. Button Assignment for Telephone Number 7/20 Operation Button Programming 1. Press the TRANS/PGM button 2. Press the Flexible button that you want to program. 3. ‘TEL NUM’ will be displayed at left side( above the first 3 soft button ) on LCD. 4. Press “TEL NUM” using 3 soft button. 5. Press CO or Group button (Optional) 6. Enter the telephone number (Maximum : 24 digits) 7. Press the Hold/Save button 8. Enter the name.(optional) 9. Press the Hold/Save button Activating Feature 1. Press the programmed flexible button. 2. Call to programmed telephone number.

9  Permits a DKTU to be “linked” to a mobile phone like a linked pair.  Incoming DID calls to the station will be routed to the Mobile as well (both will ring).  When one is answered, the other will stop.  The mobile extension can transfer the call to the LDK by dialing [* + extension number].  The mobile extension can reconnect the call by pressing [#] in case the transferred extension does not answer  If the Mobile user makes a DID call to own station, they will receive intercom dial tone and can make intercom call or can activate “DISA” function and make outgoing call from LDK, sending CLI of the station number.  Mobile extension feature must be enabled for a station in Admin Programming.  Once enabled in system, the user can activate/de-activate feature from his DKTU). 6. 10 GSM ISDN DID 101 In the office On the move ① ② IP LDK 6. Mobile Extension 9/20 Operation To register the mobile extension number in DKT. 1. Press the [PGM] + 33. 2. Dial the mobile number 3. Press the [HOLD] button. To activate(deactivate) Mobile extension feature. 1. Press the [PGM] + 34. 2. Dial the ‘1’ to activate, or ‘0’ to deactivate 3. Press the [HOLD] button. Incoming call in DID line 1. If the CLI matches with preprogrammed mobile extension table, the incoming call is routed to both an extension and a mobile extension 2. When incoming call is answered at an extension or a mobile extension, the other will stop ringing. Transferring call from the mobile extension through LDK system 1. Dial the transfer code (*) during the talk state in Mobile extension. 2. The mobile extension user hears the internal dial tone and the calling party hears the MOH. 3. Dial the extension number. 4. The call will be transferred after the mobile extension user goes on-hook state. 5. The mobile extension user can reconnect the call by pressing the code (#) in case the extension does not answer. Outgoing call from the mobile extension through LDK system 1. The mobile extension user dials his DID number of LDK system. 2. Then he receives the internal dial tone 3. He can do internal call or outgoing call with CLI number of extension.

11  The user can append a VMIBE message before transferring it to another VMIB mailbox.  The user can rewind a retrieved message during listening mode.  Message will rewind in increments = to a timer(1-99 sec)  VMIB messages will contain the CLI of caller, user can activate “Callback”.  These features use “Soft Keys” and are only available to 16 Button and 24 Button. (LDP-7016D, LDP-7024D/LD only) 7. Enhanced VMIBE Operation 10/20 [For example] AddRewindNext [Admin Programming] PGM 181 – BTN 17 : DVU Message Rewind Timer(1-99 sec) Operation Before transferring a voice message, LDK provides a function to add an additional message 1. To retrieve the message, Press the soft button [MSG]. 2. To add the message, Press the soft button [ADD]. 3. Record to add the message. 4. To finish recording, press the soft button [SAVE]. 5. To transfer the message, dial the station number. During retrieving a voice message, LDK provides a function to REW message 1. To retrieve the message, Press the soft button [MSG]. 2. To rewind the message, Press the soft button [REWIND] Call back during listening to a message 1. Press the soft button [CALLBACK] 2. Then system dials the displayed CLI automatically.

12  A user who is in other QSIG system can activate a remote forward to a station over the QSIG network. 8. Enhanced Networking(Follow-Me Forward) 11/20 Operation To activate Net Call Forward- Follow-Me 1. Press the [MON] button and the [DND/FOR] button 2. Dial Net Call Forward(Follow-Me Code “0”), and dial the forwarding station number of QSIG system. 3. Dial the password of the forwarding station. 4. The [DND/FOR] button will be flashing in the forwarding station and a confirmation tone will be provided if allowed. 5. All call to the forwarding station will be routed to the forwarded QSIG station. To deactivate Net Call Forward – Follow-Me 1. At the user’s own station, Press [DND/FOR] button flashing. 2. The LED of [DND/FOR] button will be off and the call forward will be cancelled.

13  The transit call is printed with a QSIG slave station number at QSIG master system  Up to 4 digits are displayed at station column  It applies to ISDN CO type of QSIG master system. ACO doesn’t support it 9. Enhanced Networking(Centralized SMDR) 12/20 Operation 1. 14  The enhanced ACD group is inherited to basic call distribution method of UCD group.  For more convenience, there are several features are added for small call center such as log- on/off and a special statistics software and so on. 1. Supervisor -. One supervisor can monitor one or more ACD groups. 2. Log On/Off -. Agents can log-on and log-off on pre-defined ACD group with log-on/out of Hot Desk feature 3. Forced Log On/Off -. A supervisor can assign an extension as an agent(Log On Status) of its ACD group. Also, he can make an extension free(Log Off Status). 10. 15  DID Call-wait is also available on SLT and DKTU without LCD.  The feature applies to station in the DIALING and OFF-HOOK state as well as TALKING AND RINGING state. 11. DID Call-Wait Enhancement 14/20 [Admin Programming] PGM 114 – BTN 17 : DID Call Wait(On/Off)

16  The user can extend the “Unsupervised Conference Timer” during a CO-to-CO connection by dialing a code (##)  Extension time is in multiples of the Supervised Conference Timer as determined by user. 12. DISA CO-to-CO Call Timer Extend 15/20 [Admin Programming] PGM 160 – BTN 18 : Unsupervised Conference Timer Extend(Enable/Disable) PGM 109 – BTN 6 : Unsupervised Conference Timer Code(##) PGM 182 – BTN 6 : Unsupervised Conference Timer Operation Enter the command of DISA CO-to-CO Call Timer Extension Code – By CO Caller or Called User: 1. When the analog CO-to-CO lines are connected 2. Either the caller or called user dials the unsupervised conference timer extension code ‘##’ and the extension time multiple data 1 digit (1 ~ 9). 3. LDK re-assigns the unsupervised conference timer to multiple of entered digit. 4. Before 15 seconds of the unsupervised conference timer expired, the warning tone is provided to indicate the disconnection. For example, The unsupervised conference timer is set to 10 minutes and the entered digit is 3, and then the timer is extended to 30 minutes.

17  Station COS 8 and 9 are added.  CO to CO COS 8 and 9 are added.  Exception tables C and D are added.  Exception table C applies for COS 8.  Exception table D applies for COS 9.  Exception tables C & D have 50 allow and deny tables each.(Other tables have 30)  In the ON-DEMAND mode, station works the same as in the DAY mode  In the WEEKEND mode, station works the same as in the NIGHT mode. 13. 18  IP channels can be shared for Networking and RSG/IP Phone.  Support from MPB C.0Ba and VOIBE 4.2A The following is example for VOIB sharing. Configuration: Slot 1: DTIB24, Slot 5: PRIB, Slot 7: VOIBE (24 Channel) ‘12’ channels for networking and ‘12’ channels for RSG/IP phone No of RSG is ‘8’ and no of IP Phone is ‘8’. 19 RSG IP Phone IP Network 15. RSG / IP Phone  Remote gateway that provides a fully transparent connection to the host LDK system over a broadband xDSL or Cable modem.  The broadband connection employs the system’s VOIB channels to communicate with the LDK-RSG. 18/20

20  RSG or Installation Procedure on MPB 1. Enter the VOI Slot to be used for RSG/IP Phone in PGM 380/Btn1 2. Enter the VOI Channel to be used for RSG/IP Phone in PGM 380/Btn2 3. Enter the RSG No. (or, IP Phone No.) in PGM 381 4. Enter the ‘99’ on STA/COL Board in PGM 103/BTN 1 & 2. ( ‘99’ means virtual slot for RSG/IP Phone) 5. Assign the VOIB IP Address in PGM 340. 6. Reset the system for board configuration 7. Re-enter the admin programming mode 8. Enter the MAC ID in PGM 383 (or, 386) 9. Enter the IP Address and Gateway of VOIB in PGM 340. 10. Reset the RSG (or, IP Phone) ** If the RSG No (or, IP Phone No) in PGM 381 or VOIB Channel No in PGM 380/Btn 2 is changed, the system should be reset for board reconfiguration 15. 21  RSG Setting Procedure on RSG(Fixed IP) 1. Baud rate : 38400 2. Set Master ’ s IP Address (VOIB IP Address) : 1) Press ‘ Enter ’ Key, the ‘ main:> ’ shows up after menu list 2) Type ‘ system ’ and enter. 3) Type ‘ set master xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx ’. The ‘ xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx. ’ is IP address. Ex) main:/system> set master xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx 4) Return to ‘ main:> ’ mode by typing ‘.. ’ and entering twice. 3. Set the WAN and get information (When setting Fixed IP Address of RSG IP Address) 1) At ‘ main:> ’, type ‘ wan ’ and confirm to display the help menu. 2) At ‘ main:/wan ’, type ‘ wanset ’ and it displays the help menu and the current value of mode. 3) As the help menu says, input the value of IP address, Gateway address and Subnet Mask. Ex) main:/wan/wanset> set ip xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx Ex) main:/wan/wanset> set gateway xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx Ex) main:/wan/wanset> set subnet xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx 4) If you want to verify the changed value, please type ‘ get all ’. 5) The mode of wan has to be FIXED. Verify the mode by typing ‘ mode ’ or ‘ get all ’. Ex) main:/wan/wanset> get all 15. RSG / IP Phone 20/20
