6 Module 1 Course Introduction
Today time is of professionalism i.e. to get the skills as higher as possible. But unfortunately the human values are getting fallen down more and more, which is the main reason of all types of corruption, dissatisfaction, war, struggle, single families etc. For making the initialization to have a co-relation of professionalism and human values, so that all problems as defined above will reduced, this subject has been introduced

7 Module 1 Value Education What is it?. Need of It.
Today there are too many technical & professional courses through which human gets well educated with the best available skills but unfortunately the values are being destroyed. For having the skills with values a different type of education is required called the Value Education. Present education system has become largely skilled based. Prime emphasis is on Science & Technology. To make understanding about what should be the correct way to utilize the earned skills in correct direction, the education which is required is called the Value Education. The Subject which enables us to understand ‘What is Valuable’ for human happiness is called ‘Value Education’

8 Module 1 Value Education What is it?. Need of It.
A person can decorate and build the best house but not a better home, that is why Value Education is needed. Plants are developed by cultivation but human is developed by education, i.e. Value Education To eliminate obscurantism (Rudhiwad), Religious- Fanaticism (Dharmandhta), violence, superstition (Andhvishwas) and fatalism (Bhagyawad), Value Education is required.

Sahaj Swikriti Listening to one’s inner voice after a perfect Self Investigation Its just equal to Unconditional And Total Acceptance of the Self and of our Environment If we have Natural Acceptance with no expectation from others, if we have full commitment in our self, feel a holistic sense of inner harmony and fulfillment.

Let us make a proposal (example): Respect? A Value in Human Relations When I verify it at the level of natural Acceptance for self I found it is naturally acceptable to me. When I verify it at the level of others acceptance Its found that it is also acceptable to others Means mutually fulfilling to me and others. Thus Proposal is true Else may be false.

This verification leads to realization of truthfulness of the Proposal Then its become a part of understanding Then it is reflected to my thoughts and in my behavior.

Continuous Happiness & Prosperity Happiness The state/situation, in which I live, if there is harmony in it, then I like to be in that state or situation. To be in state of liking is happiness Prosperity Feeling of having more than required physical facilities. Actual Prosperity required two things: Identification of quality required for physical need Ensuring availability/production of more than required physical facilities Prosperity is the state of success, flourishing or good fortune.

Priority Order Higher Right Understanding First Priority Relationship Second Priority Lower Physical Facilities Can be easily accessed and fulfilled Now Question Gets Arise: Where am I putting most of my efforts? In earning of physical facilities or in ensuring the relationship? This is a common fallacy in our lives that a large part of our problems are due to lack of relationships, though most of the time, effort and attention is focused on earning the physical facilities.

A Comparison Between Human and Animal based on Requirements Based on Necessary or Complete Requirement of Physical Facilities For Animal Physical Facility is necessary as well as complete But for Human Being, it is necessary but not complete Animal Consciousness versus Human Consciousness Working only for Physical Facilities is living with Animal Consciousness Working for Relationship then Physical Facilities is of Human Consciousness

Categories in which an Human lies or to be lied based on Understanding about different needs : SVDD (Sadhan Viheen Dukhi Daridra) No Understanding about what is required at what time. SSDD (Sadhan Sampann Dukhi Daridra) Due to understanding that Priority of Physical Facilities is higher then the Priority of Relationships. SSSS (Sadhan Sampann Sukhi Samridha) Can be achieved only by working for Right Understanding and Relationship Goal of Each & Every Human is to achieve the category : SSSS Which is possible only by working with the Right Understanding based on Priority.

No achieving of happiness No attaining the prosperity The problems are being increasing more and more as At the level of Individual Rising problems of depression, Psychological discards, Suicides, Stress, Insecurity, loneliness. At the level of Family Breaking of joint families, Mistrust, Divorce, Family feuds, Legal suits. At the level of Society Growing incidences of terrorism and naxalism, Rising communalism, Spreading casteism, Ethic struggle, Wars between Nations, Fear of nuclear and genetic warfare

The problems are being increasing more and more as At the level of Nature Global warming, Water pollution, Air pollution, Soil pollution, Noise pollution, Resource depletion of minerals and oils, Sizable deforestations, Lost of fertility of soil. Hence Right Understanding of Relations, Happiness & Prosperity is most required to resolve & avoid above defined problems. Sequence must be as Right Understanding Relationship Physical Facilities

I will be bored with happiness if I am always happy. I will grow only if I am unhappy. If I will be always happy, my growth will stop. I need unhappy if want to recognize that I am happy.
