4  Online Payment Portal (http://portal.bsnl.in) was available since year 2002 i.e before CDR Project.  BSNL Portal is still used for Receiving Online Landline Bill Payments from Migrated and Non migrated SSAs  Web self Care is offered from CDR Project implementation. It provides certain commercial facilities like shifting, viewing the bill details etc., but does not take online bill payment.

5  http://bsnl.co.in -> Pay Landline Bills.  Subscriber needs to register one time to facilitate for viewing payment history.  Make Bill Payment online using credit card, Net Banking and certain Debit cards.

6  http://bsnl.co.in -> Pay landline bill > Quick Pay.  No Need to register or remember id and password  Subscriber needs to fill up phone no., Account No. (printed on bill) and mobile no. to proceed for payment of his bill.  Subscriber’s profile is created and registered on BSNL Portal automatically and an Intimation is given on his mobile for future login and viewing history.  Next time the subscriber may use registered id or use Quick Bill pay. His existing profile will be used automatically.

7  This feature (WSC) is provided from the CDR system  The Subscriber needs to register and authenticate from Customer Care Center to avail this facility  The subscriber can opt for commercial activities like shifting etc., and also view / print his latest bills, call details, and Broadband usage details  A Link has been provided to BSNL Online Payment Portal for making payments.

8  All SSAs / Circles should promote online bill payment as this facility is open for 24X365 days.  Subscribers get 1% discount as credit in their subsequent bill.  The online payment of bills by the subscribers will reduce load on Customer Service Centres and avoids long queues.  SSAs can see last 3 month online payment data at BSNL Intranet>IT Circle Project Tracker> Customer Care Portal>Portal Monthly reports
