5. Present Perfect and Passive It is easy to use the passive with the Present Perfect Tense because the Tense is vague. You might be tempted to make it more vague by not including the subject. DO NOT DO THAT. Example: The castle has been visited. (Passive) The tourists have visited the castle. (Active)
