14.  GEN -13-13 and 150% FAQs provides guidance to guidance to schools on how to make adjustments.  Error occurs when the loan period must be adjusted for a student who does not return for a subsequent term, borrower withdraws in the middle of the term or other legitimate reasons and the disbursement amount was changed to $0.  Ellucian and COD provided updates for this edit to their systems in Spring 2015 which reduced the frequency of occurrence.
