3. What is WHP Culture? A set of deep-seated values and practices revalent in an organisation that guides the behaviour of its management and staff towards workplace safety and health.

9. Funding (WSH Culture Fund) To encourage the adoption of CultureSAFE by the industry, the WSH Culture Fund was established to help SMEs defray the associated costs of embarking on the CultureSAFE programme. SMEs can claim upto 90% of the associated cost, subject to a cap of $30,000 in two trenches as follow: – Tranche 1: 2 months, Step 1 and 2, 90% funding cap at $5,000 – Tranche 2: 10 months, Step 3 to 5, 90% funding cap at $25,000
