12 Following up Customer will enter friends info on a personalized URL (PURL) Email is sent to both the customer and their friend about the referral After 30 days, if the friend has not yet signed up for CLEAR service, email is sent to customer as a reminder When the friend signs up to become a CLEAR customer –New customer will receive an email with their Clear365 reward code –Current customer will receive an email: with their Clear365 reward code or informing them their AMEX branded reward card has been sent

13 Looking ahead Revision of the lookup tool has been completed to include the new Referral Program CLEAR Welcome Email revised to include the Customer Referral Code
