E-Leadership as a running approach is a continues winning approach without any stop The action of running takes two parts: A.Distance to run B.The end of winning process = breaking the strip The process is common to the E-Leadership approach: A.Process of continues leading B.Winning by breaking the boundaries with a help of technology. The main move is to remove the obstacles that are blocking the progress.

Running: The physiological runner’s body process theory explains that organisms exist because they are able to take energy from their environment and use it to life process. Leadership: Leaders exist, because the are able to use the advantage of the environment and the changes.

“citius-altius-fortius” faster-higher-stronger Athletes: -Challenge to break world records -Face the attempt to break their own personal best results E-Leadership adaptive analysis Leaders: -Should set targets of breaking not only overall results, but break own results with a help of technology

Differences between: poor and elite runner leader and E-Leader Minimal effort Competitiveness Maximum speed

Running technique -A skilled individual uses more energy than unskilled -During the performance a certain of energy is wasted in unnecessary and uncoordinated movements e-Leadership adaptive approach: -To improve performance and avoid energy waste via natural advantages with the use of unnatural - technologies.

Success training programs: -Adopt the general principles to the specific personal needs of individual -Boundaries merger of scientific knowledge and practical experience of the couching -Monitor the progress -Maintain process of progress This leads to: -More economical e-leadership adaptiveness -Stabilizing every step of E-Leadership implementation -Optimization of the performance -Continues improveness and adaptive ness of technology -Stronger flexibility

Formulas of the power Power = Force (strength) x Velocity (seeped) Power = Force (strength) x Velocity (seeped) Power = Force x Distance/ Time Or Power = Work/ Time Power = E-Leadership

-To increase power would need to increase the strength and speed -Strength and speed are: advantages of using technology in e-leadership external influential factors The circle of E-Leadership: Power (E-Leadership) -> Strength (adopting technologies) -> Speed (how quickly technologies are adopted) -> Power (E-Leadership)
