2 WHAT IS FITNESS ? FITNESS IS A MEASURE OF THE BODY’S ABILITY TO COMPLETE ACTIVITIES FOR EVERYDAY LIFE EFFECTIVELY AND EFFICIENTLY. FITNESS FOR SPORT HOWEVER, IS OFTEN MORE SPECIFIC AND AT A HIGHER LEVEL. FITNESS HAS TWO MAIN COMPONENTS, HEALTH – RELATED FITNESS AND SKILL – RELATED FITNESS. HOWEVER, WHAT FACTORS CAN AFFECT AN INDIVIDUALS FITNESS ?
