13 Profile of CS Under the Act (b)“Perform or performs services in relation to promotion, forming, incorporation, amalgamation, reconstruction, reorganisation or winding up of the Companies” These are the areas of Strategic Management and require extensive research, analysis, innovation, negotiation, documentation, etc. Sub-section (2) of Section 2
