Services may cover: writing support, in the form of consultation, tutorials or workshops development and preparation for classroom and conference presentations support on computer hardware, software, and other technology-related issues syllabus creation and concepts relating to pedagogy, teaching skills and technology enhancement

9. Learning Commons – Features User-friendly learning hub where students and faculty can find supportive services provided by academic support units. Services may cover: media creation, digitization, production and workshop webinars and learning-focused videoconferencing student issues that directly affect learning, e.g. career development and counseling anything appropriate to support unit missions and student needs
