5 Proposed Collect existing IT research-support-oriented staff and form a focused team Allocate one unfilled FTE position to augment team Recommend support models in at least 3 areas: – End user workstations High performance hardware Associated OS Limited set of software – HPC facilities – Electro-Mechanical
