1. Web development  World Wide Web (web) is the Internet system for hypertext linking.  A hypertext document (web page) is an online document. 4. Creating Web Documents To write a web document for the Internet HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) can be used. HTML is the standard method of specifying the format of Web pages. Creating Web documents is becoming easier with the introduction of new tools such as Java, FrontPage, Dreamviewer, etc.

5. Web publishing To have a web site; -Design a web site using HTML, FrontPage, Dreamviewer, etc. or put a Web design company work for you. -Have a server space from a server. There are many web hosting services, which are companies with large Web server computers to maintain the Web sites of fee- paying subscribers (Ex: IBM Global Services). -Upload your files (moving your data from your computer to a host (remote) computer). You may need to use a special software to upload your files. FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is one of those softwares. FTP is used to access a remote computer.

6. HTML HTML is the core technology of the Web. It is a collection of text codes (markup tags). Many markup tags contain two parts: a beginning and ending tag, others are only a single tag. = represents the beginning of a tag = represents the beginning of a tag = represents the end of a tag = represents the end of a tag Ex: represents the beginning of the HTML document and represents the end of the HTML document Everything else in the document is just text.
