2 2 Making Sense of the Confusion There was a lot of worry that we were going to run out of money. Transfers that were made to compensate for that: 1.Brought Green Fund from $2000 to $1000 2.Brought DIF from $1850 to $1000

3 3 Winter Spending Highlights CANOE Spring Break Trip and Dog Sledding Trip Sexual Misconduct Policy Review Town Hall Meeting Carleton Comics Journal Sayles Dances- Ebony, Lady Gaga, Whoa Equipment Updates CSA Computer The Cave Mustard Seed

4 4 Spending Details: Special Allocations Began with $19,736 to allocate for term. As of March 8th, we have $-1,621 left In total we supported over 25 different student organizations and individuals We will make up the negative numbers from rollover from the Green Fund and Honoraria Allocated for Spring: Special Als- $21,000 Honoraria- $10,000 Honoraria Began With $10,000 and ended with $7,130

5 5 Spending Details: Third Center and Alt-Bev Alt-Bev began with $900, $986 remaining. –Why so much left? Rollover from last term, usage was about the same –Used by a variety of students and clubs Third Center began with $1,666, and has $33 remaining. –Most active Third Center has ever been! Allocated for winter: Third Center $1666, Alt-Bev: $900

6 6 Spending Details: Capital Reserves Cap Reserves is spent during emergencies and for equipment upgrades Currently at $46,613 Notable Cap Reserves Expenses CSA Computer Mustard Seed Speakers Cave repairs
