Start with previous years question set – maintain core questions to ensure trending Collaborate with Executive Leadership Team to include specific, key business questions that are tied to current/pressing business needs - What should be added/deleted? CEO sponsors/announces survey: survey is open for 1-2 weeks Lots of communication (from all levels of leadership) to encourage participation Analysis Action planning with Executive Group and beyond Communicate corporate results to all employees Further action planning at the functional level Updates/ongoing communication (including reporting out to the Board)
