He started this journey in the year 1990 with only a 1 employee has gone on to become 3500+ in 2012 with a nationwide presence. Mr. Bhargava is a true visionary. He has been the driving factor behind the Group’s success and growth. In the years 2009 NSB Group through the M&A route took majority stake in Vital Link Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd; a International BPO/ Call Center company having operations in Pune & Mumbai. In the year 2010 Shell Tran source Pvt. Ltd. a Domestic BPO/ Call center company in Inbound & Outbound Domestic Voice Processes & also Domestic Back Office Processes operating out of 11 centers & 400 location Pan-India with 4000+ people and a part of the NSB Group was acquired by Vertex a UK based group.
