MPI is running in a  big complex where all hardware is duplicated. Network connections is done by  VPN site to site.  All standard software updates is done by IBM to ensure supported level.  All system operations is done from MPI. – New z/VM setup used as development and test – New z/OS setup used as development and test – Newest(before release) software setup for testing
