6 The Problem The problem is simple. The problem is simple. –There is not enough parking in this is lot. –Only one entrance limits the traffic in and out of the facility. –The university is not using all its property as best at they could. –Local residence halls contribute to the lot being full 24/7.

8 The Plan We propose to tear down all the property including the wasted parts talked about earlier. We propose to tear down all the property including the wasted parts talked about earlier. The new parking garage will hold on the top 2 floors restricted parking for residence hall students only. 10 Knowledge If nothing is done about this problem that is presented here: If nothing is done about this problem that is presented here: –Students will be late for class.  Students will do poorly in their studies.  Students will find alternative (illegal) means for parking. –Accidents will occur.  The stress of getting a spot to park will create road rage causing wrecks.  The many students walking on campus can be injured due to increased traffic.
