2 What is a valued employee One who shows up every day to work. One that buys into your struggle to meet deadlines and commits himself to your company’s progress & business plan. One who expects and works for a decent wage. One who will invite and promote your company to others of his economic status.

3 Workers in 2000+ Hispanic, Eastern European, Pakistani, Indian decent Want to work! Want a better life for their families! Want to improve their lot in life! Want an education for their sons & daughters!

4 Hispanic Workers Traditionally from Mexico, Nicaragua, Ecuador, Panama etc. Work hard, send much of their pay back to family - using banking community. These workers, who work in the USA/Canada, are now deemed to be the largest contributor to the National Gross Income for many of these countries.

5 Legal Hispanic Workers If you are hiring, they will promote your company to their brothers and sisters family. Very quickly you will have large connected families working for one pallet company.

6 Protecting your Worker One company offers English as a second language after work hours. This $10,000.00 a year company program commits workers to your business and commits these workers for a long period. Offer programs for their children and wives and you will promote a commitment never before realized Some type of basic health plan

7 HISPANIC WORKERS Hispanic Workers are the future of our industry. African Canadian/American, Anglo Saxon workers are not as driven to success as are Hispanic workers. Eastern European workers tend to take from their experience and become the competitor.

8 PROTECT & PREVENT Protect and prevent your good workers from leaving by offering them a decent wage and a commitment to their family values. Offer after work programs, it will not only promote a commitment, it will in time, give you better educated workers and managers.
