This system enhances customer relationships through improved open communications, and real-time reporting. QAS © increases customer retention rates, and provides a technological marketing platform. 5 Sunburst Quality Assurance System (QAS © ) include : Inspections - Highlight problem areas & spot trends. Results are available over the web to appropriate supervisors, managers, customers and others. Periodic tasks are infrequent tasks that can be hard to control. We give you a simple and comfortable way to schedule, communicate and follow up on periodic tasks using flexible and effective calendars & automated work orders generated around the scheduling of these tasks. A work order can be generated from a customer complaint, a deficiency noted during an Operating Compliance, Safety, or Quality inspection, a scheduled periodic task, or an extra work request. We help you manage, track and communicate work orders so important tasks get done on time. Customizable reporting features allow you to analyze different operational performances from several perspectives. This reporting system offers you the ability to focus on an individual area or global perspective of Operational Compliance, Safety Concerns, or Quality Assurance, throughout all or any segment of your organization. 24 Pricing for Sunburst Chemicals QAS © : – For Distributors/SSP’s that use QAS © for Sunburst National Accounts Free to each inspector/user that services a minimum of 10 accounts for Sunburst Chemicals (1 free user per 10 accounts- 2 free users per 20 accounts, etc…) Additional users may be added for a monthly fee of $30/month each. Note that the cost of the mobile devices are the SSP’s responsibility. Supported hardware devices may be existing phones/hardware already in use by the SSP if it’s: Windows Mobile 5.0 or newer, Blackberry, Android, or laptop with Windows operating system.

26 Getting Started with Sunburst Chemicals QAS © : 1.Distributor confirms with Sunburst Chemicals Regional Manager 2.Sunburst Chemicals Regional Manager lets Sunburst Chemicals QAS © administrator know of the Distributor’s participation. 3.Distributor gathers information on each account going into the system including : Customer’s name Customer’s address (including street, city, state, zip code) Customer’s phone Customer’s email address Type of account (ie: warewash, laundry, …) 4.Distributor gathers information on each Inspector including: Inspector’s name Inspector’s phone Email addresses for Inspector and other related people

27 Getting Started with Sunburst Chemicals QAS © : 5. Sunburst Chemicals Regional Manager sets-up billing of QAS © for Distributor with Customer Service 6. Distributor determines devices that will be used and communicates the information to the QAS © Administrator 7. The QAS © Administrator establishes user accounts (for Inspectors) with User names and Passwords 8. The QAS © site use and customized work service agreement signed by the distributor and returned to Sunburst Chemicals 9. Train the inspectors on the process of downloading the software and use of the QAS © inspections and reports via phone consultations, training materials, and /or web-based sessions.
